Our team is available by phone during the following hours:


  • Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00
  • Friday: 09:00 – 12:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
  • Public Holidays: Closed


Outside these hours, students and parents may leave a voicemail or send an email, and the team will respond as soon as possible on the next working day.

Students outside the EU must apply for their visa independently at their nearest Belgian Embassy or Consulate.
We provide all required acceptance and registration documents to support the visa application.
